Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning items due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. You should retain proof of postage until your return is processed.
